Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup apricot, raspberry jam (or prune butter)
  • 1/4 cup poppy seed filling (mohn)
  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • A pinch of salt
  • 1/2 cup of oil
  • 1/2-3/4 tablespoons of warm water
  • Zest of a lemon
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • For assembly:
  • Melted butter, about one stick
  • Extra flour
